Weekly Challenge 10/11-17

Weight and Measurements:
- 2 points per lb lost and 1 point per 1/2lb lost
- 2 points per inch lost and 1 point per 1/2 inch lost
Diet:
- 1 point per serving of water to 8 servings and 2 points for every serving after that
- 1 point for every serving of fruit
- 1 point for every serving of vegetables
- 5 points if you ate 5 servings of fruit and or veggies
- 5 points if you stayed within your daily point or caloric intake for the day
Exercise:
- 1 point for every 10 mins of reg walking, yard work or house work
- 2 points for every 10 mins or 1 mile of light aerobics
- 3 points for every 10 mins or 1 mile of hard vigorous aerobics
- 1 point for every 10 reps of an arm exercise
- 1 point for every 10 reps of leg exercises
- 2 points for every 10 reps of abdominal exercises
- 1 point for any other 10 mins of exercise or rep of 10 for anything not mentioned
- 1 point for every time you park at the back of the parking lot at a mall or store
- 1 point everytime you take the stairs at a mall or store rather than the elevator or escalator

- 5 points for meeting your personal bonus
- 1 point for posting on the daily chatter thread (must be same day)
- 1 point for posting on the daily stats thread (must be same day)
