Re: Wednesday Chatter
I had my daily bowl of oatmeal along with a orange and some water. I had to take the stairs again today due the the elevator being messed up again.
For lunch I smothered some potatoes with onions a tossed in some turkey keilbasa, I had another orange and a few grapes and more water.
For dinner I will proobably eat some of my left over lunch with some spinach or corn on the side.
I have been snacking throughout the day here and there, fruit carrots and such.
Tonight I have my belly dancing class, my dang thighs still hurt, geez
