I'm doing pretty good today. I had grits for breakfast. Lunch was egg noodles with Molly McButter and some carrots with a little bit of fat free ranch. I've had about 30 ounces of water so far. I need to exercise, so I'll try to hop on the exercise bike when Abigail takes a nap or after Mike gets home from work.

For lunch I had a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup... For dinner I am making salsbury steak/rice and corn... I have to do my crunches, and go for my walk....

I was bad, I had cheeseburger for lunch. LOL and onion rings. But I'm going to have soup for supper, so maybe it wasn't that bad overall.

Sorry so many are battling illnesses either of their own or with their kiddos. I have a sick bunch here too - bad colds with fever (DH, Mitchel and Ava) . So far I haven't gotten it. It's strange when I'm PG (a time when your immune system can be compromised) I hardly ever get sick. With Ava I was even still teaching and you know what kind of germs that entales - but I never got sick then either.

Hope you are feeling better real soon!

I had my daily bowl of oatmeal along with a orange and some water. I had to take the stairs again today due the the elevator being messed up again.

For lunch I smothered some potatoes with onions a tossed in some turkey keilbasa, I had another orange and a few grapes and more water.

For dinner I will proobably eat some of my left over lunch with some spinach or corn on the side.
I have been snacking throughout the day here and there, fruit carrots and such.

Tonight I have my belly dancing class, my dang thighs still hurt, geez
