I am down 4 water and have had a bagel with butter, coffee, low fat butter chicken and 90 cal pack and a yogurt.

Well, at least it's Thursday?

Last night was a bit of a disaster at Chili's...it's the cheese fries fault, honest. Today, I had some chips. For the last few days I haven't had enough water so the scale is giving me a 3 pound gain as of this morning.

I'm hitting the water and hoping for the best

Otherwise, the temp dropped and I'm now woefully under dressed. After having the air on yesterday and last night, it's back to heat.

its late here 11pm and i have jus got back from walkin the dog ... it was a beautiful nite here calm and clear skies so i couldnt resist... i brought the dog and the kids to the beach today to get outta the house that was fun ... then came home and actually accomplished alot laundry wise and cleaning so i was happy bout that and now i am about to go to bed ... so ill c ya all tom morning!!!
