My goal is to exericise most days this week. I exercised this morning but it was the first time in a week b/c I had been sick. Im still not over it all the way but felt ok enough to go ahead and start up exercising again. My other goal is to only go up at the most 1 lb. I gained 2 lbs this last week. BLECK!

My goal is to get in my 8+ servings of water everyday, and to get my butt to the gym at least 4 times this week. I also need to get online more and post my stats.



Since I had such a crappy week last week(depressed) and could barely make a move, I was missing my child something bad, she went on Vaykay for a week. I don't know how I survived my baby was gone 6 days. I damn near died.

My personal goals are to drink 8 glasses of water every day (including weekends), and to exercise 6 days.
