My goal is to do at least get in 2 full days of just cardio this week as well as keep up my water intake. I feel like I am doing ok with it, but sometimes I also feel like a waterbed.

My daily goal is to drink water! I didn't do as well as I hoped last week, and I really need to get on track to maximize my weight loss.

My daily goal is to drink 6-8 glasses of water. This weeks goal is to work out at least 3 days this week.
