well it is my MISSION to make sure that i for see my goal for this week to the end !!!!!!!!!!! and i am goin to step it up this week and make myself 2 personal goals for this week!!!

Drink 8 glasses of water a day or more!!
workout 3 times this week!!

I'm just going to commit to going to the gym 2-3 times a week. If I go more, great.
