K lets make these good this week and try out hardest to make them stick!!!!! Whats your personal goal for this week???

I have several goals:

1. To stay on track with my WW points and not go over;
2. To go to the personal trainer today and Wednesday at 4:30 (I have my appointments);
3. To attend cardio classes on Tuesday and Thursday at the gym;
4. To do some "family exercise" on Sunday (i.e., take the kids in the wagon to the park and run around with them; and
5. To not eat too much cake at Mary Elizabeth's birthday party on Saturday!!

Not go nuts with the salt intake and just keep going. I was retaining water something fierce last week and I didn't like how I was feeling. Hopefully I'll be ok.

To go to the Gym this week, even if it is just once and even if it is by myself. And to control my portions!!!
