I have had 2 pieces of toast with jam and my coffee. I am now at work and I am going to get started on my water and will have a yogurt for snack later.

I had some cerial with skim milk. I have had water throughout the morning.
I just ate lunch and had some chili with a piece of extra fiber bread with a little bit of parkay butter and about 8 ounces of orange juice. AND I remember to take my vitamins. I had been very bad about it this last week only took them a couple times.

O yeah, duh! I exercised for 30 minutes this morning! I so didnt want to and it was kind of hard being that my tummy is getting pretty big and I had not exercised since last monday due to illness. But once I was done I was very proud of myself!
I hope to exercise tomorrow but I have a doctors appointment for my glucose test in the morning and I dont know if I will have time and if I dont do it in the morning honestly I dont know if I will later in the day. I start getting tired later on. So, if I dont exercise tomorrow Im going to try to make sure I do it all the other days this week.

Sorry I am checking in so late this fine Monday But I took Jordy to a program, we went to go see the owls, it was really fun.... I am down 1 lb cant really beleive it, but I will take it... I had corn flakes/ milk this morning, I drank 2 bottles of water so far, I had Kielbasa and 1 potato for lunch... I cant go for a walk today it is COLD, I dont want to freeze I did jumping jacks, crunches, and I walked up and down my 12 steps 6 times...

I had my morning bowl of oatmeal along with 2 bottles of water. I also had blueberry muffin.

I had curried chicken with rice and peas and steamed veggies for lunch with 2 glasses of water.

For my dinner I will have some baked chicken along with a smashed potato and veggies and more water and a glass of White cranberry peach juice.

I've had a great first 2 weeks so far! I've lost 9.2 pounds and I feel great! I haven't cheated at all! I treated myself to a Grande non fat no whip mocha at starbucks today, but it's within my calorie allowance.
I had a bowl of kashi go lean crunch w/ skim milk for breakfast, vegetable soup for lunch, and a 6 inch turkey on w/w from subway for dinner. Plus a bunch of snacks.
This is the easiest, yummiest diet I've ever been on. I'm not craving junk food at all, just healthy yummy food. It's great and I know I'll stick to it!
