Well, I am back and motivated. This weekend, I took some steps to start my post-baby shape up. On Friday, I went back to the gym (hadn't been there since I joined) and I started with a personal trainer (3X a week). On Saturday, I joined WW online. I think that the points system is going to help me monitor things and keep accountable. On Sunday, I went to a place called Massage Envy, and I signed up for a program wherein I will get massages at least once a month. I am so excited. So far this morning, I had 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter on one slice of whole wheat bread and 4 glasses of water. I think I will go to Whole Foods today for lunch, too. So, I am very motivated. And that once a month massage thing sounds blissful....I am so envious.

BTW, I really like almond butter, yum.

I am doing OK. My allergies are kicking my rear end and I had to take some Benadryl. But now I am feeling so exhausted. Hopefully I can make it into the Gym today.

Sorry to have been MIA for several days. Things have been hectic. Ava has been demanding (what's new there?). I've been trying to do some of the final organization things to prepare for the baby. I may be out for a while, as this continues; but will try to check in at least once a day or a few times a week just to let you know I'm still in this PG game. Got my final 6 appts scheduled today at the doctor - so the countdown has begun. I'm feeling the crunch of getting it all done - without it going down to the wire on finishing.

Good luck to everyone in their weightloss. I am looking forward to getting back on this wagon as soon as I can after Presley arrives.
