Well, I am back and motivated. This weekend, I took some steps to start my post-baby shape up. On Friday, I went back to the gym (hadn't been there since I joined) and I started with a personal trainer (3X a week). On Saturday, I joined WW online. I think that the points system is going to help me monitor things and keep accountable. On Sunday, I went to a place called Massage Envy, and I signed up for a program wherein I will get massages at least once a month. I am so excited. So far this morning, I had 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter on one slice of whole wheat bread and 4 glasses of water. I think I will go to Whole Foods today for lunch, too.

So, I am very motivated.
