Alright well we are almost at the end of the week but we still have the weekend to kick it into high gear!! so lets get movin shall we??? Wats everyones plans for today and the weekend ??

Okay I have had my bagel for breakfast with my coffee and have had some grapes and 3 servings of water. Today I seem to be drinking water like it's going out of style!

Ian ate about about 1/2 of my oatmeal this morning. We're going to play at the park today. Hopefully when we meet @ Panera, I won't go nuts w/the food.

well me and my family are headin outta town today to pick up a dog i guess i dont really want one but hubbie wants it for hunting so we will c how it goes ... she is an outside dog and her name is Tia and is jus over 1 year old .... she is really small and only at about 12 pounds so we will c ... she is apparantly a bear dog mix with terrier in her ...

besides that i am up and had a peice of toast and about to shower so that when hubbie wakes we can leave ... have a great day ladies!!! about to start on my water was well ....

i jus finished doin the 2 mile workout on my new video and im sweatin!!! wow that was a good workout!! felt so great!!!

well our new dog her name is Mia and she is really good with the kids! so we will c how long this lasts ... but other than that ive only had like 4 servings of water but gettin on the other 4 now ...

ok im so on a role today i also jus got back from walkin the dog and man she is a good lil dog!!! very smart and loyal!! was a good walk but now im tired and off to bed... i work tom 8-2 so prob wont be round till late afternoon!! g nite!!
