We saw Lilly today! (OT-child ment.)

I saw Lilly first thing this morning.

She woke us up by ringing the doorbell over and over and over again, in perfect Lilly style. I don't think I stopped smiling the whole time they were here.

Avery and Angel and Lilly played like maniacs.

It's like little tornadoes running through your house. Art came home to get some stuff and when Lilly saw him she just lit up like a Christmas tree. (Art was just a bit more than happy to see her too). We went to McDonald's for lunch and the kids played even more and she eventually got cranky and tired and while new mama went to get her milk she just laid her head on my shoulder while I sang her her baby song and we just cuddled and I just cried and we knew. We just knew that we love each other and always, always will. When she left with new mama, she went fine. And my heart was full.

BTW, I was too busy just being thrilled to have them all here, so believe it or not, I, the queen of pictures, forgot to take pictures! But, they will be here a week, I will get some next time!

Ok, that made me cry! I am still in of you Marian! I am so glad you got to see her. I am so glad you got some Lilly love...much needed. And you had better take pics next time!

That is great!!!! I am glad that you got to spend time with Lilly...of course that she LOVES YOU!.....silly SHE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU

Sounds like a wonderful visit.

But BAD BAD Girl - no pictures, how could you? Oh well I will forgive you this time! Hope you have a wonderful week with her.

How did she do with Livi?

She thought the baby was a fun toy Jenn! Being Lilly she was only able to pay attention to her for about five seconds at a time but she was REALLY cute because she would pick up the baby's bottle and put it in the car seat with her and she did the same thing with the baby's binky. She was being a little mama and it was just sweet.

OH now that just made my day!!! I am so happy that you get to spend some time with her!!

And of course you brought me to tears with the head on your shoulder thing

Marian, that made my day!! I'm so glad that you and Aves and Art still get to be a part of Lilly's life.

You are an amazing woman! Those of us lucky enough to be blessed by any part of you, big or small.......are truly the lucky ones!!

You brought me to tears too. I am so happy to hear the joy in your (online) voice. I hope that Lilly's new mom understands the importance of you in her life and keeps it up. As always I (and many others) think you are one special lady:-)
