Pregnant for now...

Well, it's been a bumpy road this week but I hope things are on the upswing. I had a gush of red bleeding on Tuesday and lots of strong cramping and back pain. It felt exactly like when I had my miscarriage. The doctor sent me for my beta, which was 25 at 7day post 5 days transfer. My progesterone was only 15. My beta from today was 61. I started progesterone supps in addition to the poi I am already doing and I go for a progesterone check and IVIG tomorrow. These beta number are almost identical to the only other time I got pregnant and that didn't end up well so I am very cautious but hopeful.

I'm praying that it all works out for you. What did your RE say about the bleeding? Has it stopped? Oh I hope your little bean sticks. It's doubling so that's a good sign.

Hi AJ!!!! I'm praying for you! I think this time is IT for you and dh!!! I'm glad I came online tonight and finally got back here!!! My laptop died and I have been using our dinosaur desktop! I couldn't find ANYTHING in my fav places! Anyway, I'll be here checking up on you!

I'm so very sorry that this has not been easy for you. Things will be better now that you are on the progestrone. Please let us know how are doing after your visit. Until then you are in my prayers.

Yes, the bleeding has stopped thank goodness. The doctor was concerned but called the next day and it had turned brown so was less concerned. The doctor was going to treat it with antibiotics but then I guess didn't since the bleeding seemed to stop on it's own.

Kristi, I sure hope you are right. Don't you hate it when your bookmarked web pages disappear!

AJ, I also wanted you to know I had two "spotting" scares so far! One was after sex! Dh said he isn't touching me until the baby is out, LOL. And the second time was after pushing for a BM (I know, I'm sorry TMI!!!!!) So you are not alone!

I had a major bleed like that maybe worse at 7 wks. As you can see everything turned out ok.

Praying that everything keeps going ok and things turn out great this time.

AJ, I've been away one day and was SOOO glad to come back to read this!! Girl, you KNOW I'm in the same boat with you about being 'skeptical', especially after my bleeding scare too, BUT we're staying positive!! YOU HEAR ME!!!!!!

I'll be praying for you and your bean!

AJ, You must have been so scared. I am glad your bleeding stopped and I agree with the girls - stay positive. This does not have to turn out the same way as your last pg. Take it easy and good luck.
