Okay, we have decided to go the donor embryo route after much consideration. I will call my clinic tomorrow (hopefully they will do this). I thought it was a great idea but it took DH a while to get used to and sort out his feelings. So...now I have to find donated embryos and a clinic for my FET. I am leary of the "donor embryo ADAOPTION" It's not adoption. Someone donated their embryos and they are charging thousands of dollars to do some paperwork. Sounds like a scam to me. I am praying that we will find a good match with some wonderful couple who are willing to help us achieve our dream too. If anyone knows any resources... I need as much help as I can get.
I'm w/ you & think it's a crock that you have to pay all this $$ to get teh DONATED emby!! We have 5 on ice & we're not sure what we're going to do w/ them in the up coming years. We've talked about donating them too (a few years from now), but we don't want to donate them to an agency & then have them get all this $$ from a couple needing them. Please let me know what you all find out. Thinking only the best for you!!

So...I talked to the office manager at my clinic and they will do the transfer but I need to find the donated embryos. They gave me some numbers but all of these places charge thousands for embryos that someone donated. I think that is ridiculous! So...I am going to keep looking. Do you know the name of the embryo donation center that Julie (twin angels) runs or how I can get a hold of her?
