Hi, ladies. I posted this on the March and April threads, so I apologize for posting again, but what can I say - I'm obsessed and want feedback!! I'm back from my first monitoring appt after 3 days of stims, and I'm not really sure what to think. I had 12 follicles that were all good sizes (11-14). I was kind of expecting 20 or more, since I usually have that many growing on an IUI cycle, but I guess they have me so suppressed that my numbers are way down (and I don't know if that is good or bad). My lining, however, was terrible - only .54. So, I go back on Wednesday morning for more monitoring. I wish I knew how to feel about the appointment - I'm waiting for the nurse to call this afternoon with instructions, and I'll ask then, but any thoughts/feedback/info from your own cycles you can share would be welcome!!

12 is perfect. my dr. always aimed for 10 he said. he doesn't like to overstimulate. and your lining has plenty of time to thicken up so don't worry about that quite yet, in otherwords, stop obsessing

As I mentioned in the April cyclers thread, I don't know good/bad numbers for the lining... but to assist with mine, my RE prescribed the viagra suppositories which I've been 4xday both this cycle and the last. Also that's one of the main things my acupuncturist has been working with me on, increasing the blood flow to my uterus for implantation.

Thanks. I'm feeling much better now. I spoke to my nurse, and my estrogen was up to 185, and she said the conversion feature on the machine wasn't set right, so while my lining said .55 mm, it was actually .55 cm or 5.5 mm, so it wasn't as awful as I thought! She says I'm on track and stimming fast, and everything looks good so far.

I am glad to hear that your lining was actually 5.5. That does sound a bit better to me. I wouldn't worry about your number of follies. I think it is important that you don't overstimulate. That happened to me last time and I was miserable. I also had fluid in my uterus after starting stims and I wonder if that might have hindered implantation. This time I am going to push for slow stimming, and to not be overstimulated even if that means less eggs.

I can't believe how fast your cycle is going? You know what is cool? If you get a BFP this cycle, then you would be pregnant right now.. I love the way we calculate weeks of pregnancy!
