I am totally blown away. I only have 6 eggies! On Wednesday the doc said 13, I was shocked but okay, went back today and he said 6! He verbally pushed back retrieval until Friday hoping the smaller ones would catch up. I had just as many eggies on the low dose of Clomid. My FSH levels have always been normal, except this last time it was 11.4. I know it only takes one, and it order to try and stay positive that's what I keep telling myself, but I don't know what to think.

Okay - here is my story. I'm usually an over-responder, so my doctors had me on really high lupron and really low levels of follistim. I went in for my suppression check, and I had 22 follicles. After a few days of stims, there were only 11 of them growing. I thought that would be okay. Then, a few days later, I went back, and they told me I only had *maybe* 5 that were in contention, and I was at risk for cancellation. They upped my follistim - and I did every old wives tale. I soaked my feet and used a heating pad on them, and then a few days later we went back - and we had about 9 follicles growing, with a few smaller ones that looked like they would catch up. At retrieval - we only got 9 eggs - 7 were mature. 6 fertilized, but only 4 were growing normally. We transferred 3, and got our . So, I'm trying to say a lot can happen, even when it looks like all hope is lost! Hang in there!
T is right, it only takes one. Lots and lots of girls have gotten a BFP with low numbers. Try not to stress about it, that will only do you harm, and wait until your next check

Six would be wonderful! I know it doesn't sound like it, but six is really more than enough. And also with T. Lots of stuff can happen between now and retrieval.
Thanks ladies. I've done a lot of googling since this morning, my productivity at work was in the toilet, but I've managed to convince myself all is not lost. I'm giving myself the quality not quantity pep talk. The nurse said my E2 results are right on track so retrieval may be on Thurs, they want me back first thing tomorrow morning.
