Need help with FET Questions PLEASE!

Hello ladies, I am officially back =) Starting my FET cycle on December 23rd. My questions are:

1. My Dr's office wants me to come in on day 12 for an ultrasound. How large does your follicle have to be in a natural cycle before they will trigger you?

I'm asking because I usually don't ovulate until day 16 with a 12 day lutuel phase...and I NEVER get a positive LH surge on the tester thingies! So I was trying to figure out if I was going to have to go back another day or if the follicle was big enough if they will just trigger me...Anyone have any good stories?!

Unexplained Infertility

3 months of Clomid- BFN
2 months of Femara- BFN (2007)
IUI/Femara/HCG # 1- BFN (Jan 08)
IUI/Clomid/HCG #2- BFN (Feb 08)

IVF #1
2 embies transferred on day 3.
Beta 8/1/08 BFN

FET in Feb- This time we are transferring 3 embies with AH...
02/09/09 Appt- Lining 12mm w/triple layer
02/14/09- Transfer day! We transferred 3 (6) cell embies
02/24/09 Beta- BFN

Lap- 04/01/09! Stage 3 endo everywhere- REMOVED!

FET #2 (Natural cycle w/Femara)- Transferred 3 embies (1 "perfect", 2 "good" quality). Had Assited Hatching plus embryo glue.....Beta 06/23/09
