well girls, i went to my OBGYN today and the baby measured 6 1/2 weeks with a heartbeat of 100ish. they don't have the measuring capabilities but my dr. said just from looking it was 100ish and looked strong. so, the wait continues. . . i have an u/s monday, may 19th. a WHOLE 11 DAYS from now back at my RE's though he will be out of town so it will just be the nurse (who do the ultrasound anyway). i know i have to wait and give the baby a chance to grow. i don't know God's plan. whether i am meant to just have this baby a few days longer or that i will have a miracle that defies the odds of the "statistics" and how things "should go". keep me in your prayers. i have been up and down so much this week i don't know where to go from here!

Rachelle- that is fantastic news. If the h/b looks strong I see no reason at all not to be optimistic (although I understand your caution). 11 days does soom so far away - hang in there!
OMG, OMG, OMG, Rachelle I was praying for your baby so much, this is WONDERFUL news!!!! Yesterday I was reading Cypress story from the beginning and I though Why this can't happen to Rachelle? you know? To recover after that episode, I'm so happy for you and your baby..... Everything will be fine, I can feel it.

This is such wonderful news! I'm so glad that your little bean had some fight left in him/her to hang on and continue to grow!!! I hope you felt the prayers of support you had behind you! Can't wait to hear how your baby has grown by May 19... that's my birthday and the best gift I can receive is the news that your little one is thriving in the environment you are providing for him/her, mommy! I will continue to keep "both of you" in my thoughts and prayers Rachelle.

thanks, i guess the baby measured the same? .5mm but it was different machines and different people measuring. i'm excited about the heartbeat. i guess i still measure a week behind. don't like that part

WOW!! That is the best news I have heard in a really long time. All of our prayers were answered. I am sooooo happy for you. I also have the feeling that your baby is going to be just fine!
OMG -- that is incredible - I came on real quick to check on you and look what I found! I can't believe it! You were all DH and I spoke about last night! We are so happy and will continue to pray and pray that your fighter hangs on!!! he will -- kids scare us every day - just looks like yours is starting awful early!!!!

Praise God Rachelle. Keeping you in my prayers... Sending your bean GROWING thoughts! Just keep a positive thought. It's really hard for those machines to get anything like an accurate measurement. All of my scans said they were +/-5 days! He's probably just like Miss Shelly and he's going to be a little guy.
