Has anyone else experienced mild back pain after you have received a positive test? I am worried b/c I KNOW I experienced back pain with both of my miscarriages. This seems like a red flag but I don't know....

I had back pain many weeks after transfer, it was from the bed rest and the enlargement of the ovaries. Also every time I made a sudden move I had a horrible "stabbing" pain in my lower abdomen, also normal after ovarian stimulation.

Try to don't worry honey, I know it's not easy, and we look for a answer to every little thing we are feeling but hang in there.

i'd mention it to the doc. my history with ectopic makes me over cautious when it comes to back pain. my last injectibles cycle i was having it and they did a u/s to ensure that there wasn't anything in my fallopian tube, it was very reassuring.
