Default Melissa (Spoiled)

I have a question for you. Do you know where there is a chart regarding E2 levels during stimming. I can't find any and seem to remember (incorrectly??) you having a link for that.
I am looking back at my old IVF stats and am a bit bummed I am not doing as well as my last cycle.

I found this (below) regarding levels and now know that, at best, I am a slow responder. My RE upped my Follistim to 450, obviously she thinks so too. Do you have any info that could clarify some of this for me.

Monitoring E2 levels

Ovarian response can be identified early in the cycle. Hodgen (15) defined non responders as those whose E2 levels did not reach 300 pg/ml by day 8 of stimulation. Slow responders were those whose E2 levels were <300 pg/ml by day 5, but >300 pg/ml by day 8 of stimulation. Fast responders had their E2 levels >300 pg/ml by day 5 of stimulation. However because E2 levels can be augmented to comparable levels by increasing the dose of gonadotropins, a correlation between E2 levels and gonadotropin dose is needed. Ibrahim and co-workers (16) defined poor response in desensitization protocols as the need for 4 or more ampoules of hMG/day to induce ovulation.

Thanks so much in advance. I am already starting to obsess (well before the 2ww)

Stacie, you are right. Melissa is the queen of data!

Next US is Saturday. They usually do it every 2 days but I aksed to skip Friday since they only do it at one location b/c of the 4th and it is over an hour away. After ruminating on my lack of progress I kinf of wish I was going tomorrow. Oh well.

This is all I can find, what were your levels?

Estradiol (E2)Day 325-75 pg/mlLevels on the lower end tend to be better for stimulating. Abnormally high levels on day 3 may indicate existence of a functional cyst or diminished ovarian reserve.Estradiol

(E2)Day 4-5 of meds100+ pg/ml or 2x Day 3There are no charts showing E2 levels during stimulation since there is a wide variation depending on how many follicles are being produced and their size. Most doctors will consider any increase in E2 a positive sign, but others use a formula of either 100 pg/ml after 4 days of stims, or a doubling in E2 from the level taken on cycle day 3. Estradiol

(E2)Surge/hCG day 200 + pg/ml The levels should be 200-600 per mature (18 mm) follicle. These levels are sometimes lower in overweight women.

So maybe all is not lost, I guess? I didn't get Day 3 levels done this cycle b/c I had them done within a year (for my FET). I can't remember what they were but I remember the nurse saying they were very good.
Thank you for finding stuff for me Melissa. You're the best.
I just need to chill out and enjoy the ride!
