The little embyo that could..and did...again and again and again

Did you guys hear about the woman who got identical triplets from one embryo? She and her hubby did IVF and were trying to avoid multiples so only put back one embryo. Well the great man upstairs must have have other plans cuz the embryo split forming identical twins and then split again forming identical triplet boys. They said the odds of that happening are one in 200 million. What a lucky couple

Isn't that amazing? I saw the footage yesterday on the news. This was at a local hospital here in NY. I delivered at a hsopital affiliated with them.

It is certainly amazing and just goes to show there is someone much greater than ourselves in charge of our destiny. They wanted one but God gave them three. They are the cutest little guys..don't know how they are gonna tell them apart

Unbelievable! But believe it or not, a friend of our's got pregnant last year - the embryo did the same - split once and then split again. It's almost unheard of. She only delivered one beautiful baby girl in the end, but did carry 3 for a good month. And no history of multiples in the family at all.
