Icon5 IVF- first cycle!

Hello

I am new to this forum, have read the chats. wanted to join in.
we have been trying for 4 years to have a baby, i have PCOS, have just started my first cycle. very very nervous! dont know what to expect. i had a biopsy of the cervix and diathermy of my cervix, my consulatant thought i might have a narrow cervix and tried to dilate the cervix, it was very painful and in the end could nt do it. very upset about this. i am worried it will hold my treatment. was wondering if any one had experienced this before. pls pls advice . also has any one has any tips on diet whilst on the cycle.

thanks in advance

I have no advice but wanted to welcome you, this a great place, and hopefully your stay will be short and sweet, about the diet many girls swear by the high protein and lots of water diet.

Hi--welcome to the site! Sorry I don't have any advice for you except to add to what Ainara said. Eat lots of protein and stay hydrated. I also try to excersise. It helps reduce my stress.

Good luck to you-
