I'm back and I have a protocol!
FINALLY I have my IVF protocol. DH and I went today and I had an u/s, hystereoscopy, blood work and mock transfer and dh had a SA and bloodwork. And the best part was we got our protocol.
Looks like I will start the lupron injections on July 25th, start stims (menopur and follistim) around the 9th of August, retrieval around 20th of August and transfer on August 23rd or
25th and beta on September 5th! The nurse said everything looks good and that the RE thought our chances were good.
I'm so excited

All right, hopefully I too will have my transfer around that time, so we will be cycle buddies.

Re: I'm back and I have a protocol!
Good luck Jen!! I was wondering how did you find out that your uterine lining was protein deficient?

Re: I'm back and I have a protocol!
Hey Melissa,
My RE did a lining biopsy last year. He said that your lining is supposed to have an integrin protien in it that helps embroys attach and I was missing it.

Re: I'm back and I have a protocol!
I'm curious Jen, how are they over coming the integrin deficiency?

Re: I'm back and I have a protocol!
Marian,
They can treat it two ways. One they put you on lupron depot injections for three months and then you can try naturally, that's what we did last fall or you can do one month lupron injection, then switch to daily lupron 10mg and go into and IVF cycle, that's what we're doing now. They told me the Lupron restors the protien.
