Default I don't want to obsess but I have to....

OK, so I had my first PIO shot today. Like you all said it wasn't that bad and DH did great hardly felt it. About 2 and 1/2 hours later I started having major lower back pain. It kind of wrapped itself around to the left side of my abdomen. It hurt for a good 15minutes. Now I am still having cramping in the middle of my abdomen and only feels good if I am totally streched out straight. Is this something that comes with the progesterone?
