? Hot flashes??

HI LADIES , I HAVE A QUESTION....

I HAVE BEEN WAKING UP COMPLETELY DRENCHED WITH A HOT FLASH.
MOSTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, BUT TODAY ALSO IN THE AFTERNOON WHILE I TOOK A NAP. IT FREEKS ME OUT.... IS THIS NORMAL??

ANY SUGGESTION WILL BE SO APPRECIATED
