I just got home from the u/s and it went GREAT!!! 
I have one little bean in there measuring right on target (today is 6w and it measured at 5w6d) and a beautiful little hb!!!
We're not out of the woods yet, but I've only had ONE make it to a hb and then not work out. AND, this one bypasses my egg problem, so I'm cautiously THRILLED!!
