I had my first ultrasound on Friday 10/30 at 5 weeks and 4 days and it showed a gestational sac measuring perfectly. I have had no bleeding or cramping at all and my HCG levels have all been rising appropriately. I had my second ultrasound this morning and she couldn't find ANYTHING??!!!! I am just wondering if anyone has heard of an ultrasound missing the gestational sac or of it "hiding"???? I am waiting to hear what my HCG level is today and praying that it didn't go down and that everything is still okay.
