Headache and nausea - graon

I have had just two shots of Follistim so far...but I have terrible headache and mild nausea.
I did not have it so much last time.

Do you take anything to make you feel better? I was thinking of Advil, is it ok to take it?

I took Tylenol. I know you aren't suppose to take advil when you are pregnant, but I can't remember if she told me not to take it during our IVF cycle. I hate those headaches, but adding nausea too.....YUCK!

My Dr said no to advil while stimming, tylenol only. But you can always call your RE to ask.

angel - I can relate to the headaches! My RE says only take Tylenol. Now that I've been stimming for 9 days I'm getting mild nausea too but they say it has nothing to do with the meds (yeah, right).

Sorry you are feeling awful. Tylenol is certainly okay to take. No on the Advil. Sorry.

I was told just Tylenol, too.
I can take 1-2 extra strength every 6 hours.

Yep Tylenol was what my RE said was okay. I hope you feel better soon

I had the same effect - massive headaches for days from the Lupron. Tylenol only...but it'll go away once you stop the lupron...thank GOD.
