IUI#2 BFN
IUI# 3 BFN
Now moving on to IVF w/ICSI
ER 4/30 retrived 5 eggs & 1 mature. Embryo stopped growing on day 4. ET cancelled.

Hi girls, sorry I couldn't post yesterday but I went home and slept ALL day and didn't wake back up until close to 7 and then I wasn't feeling well enough to get out of bed. Surprisingly enough, they only retrieved 9 eggs, which was a shock to me because based on how well I was responding to the meds (and how they kept lowering my dosage) I thought I had alot of follicles. When this process started I had close to 20 follicles. Things went well but I'm still really sore today (stayed home from work again) and I can't help but feel a little discouraged, or maybe just confused, as to why the number was so low. Am I overreacting or being overly emotional here???
Anyway, I get the call this morning with fert. report so I guess we'll see!!! I just hope I have enough good ones to freeze for later use!! Thanks for checking in girls, I'm going to go back to bed now but I'll post later when I hear from the nurse!!!

I said this on the other thread - hang in there! They were worried about over-stimulating me, too, and they ended up under-stimulating me. At one point, they nearly canceled my cy. They only got 9 eggs, and I was so disappointed. Of the 9, 7 mature, 6 fertilized, 4 growing normally. At transfer, only 3 were really still growing well, and only one was where it should be (8 cells). I still got my !
GiasAunt, I am knew to all of this but I think this is good. Look @ what TKEYS said & she is pregnant. You have to have a positive thoughts & positive things will come. I feel really good. Just take it easy today. Post when you cant. I am rooting for you here girl!
