I had my first ultrasound today but no bloodwork. Current stats:

Lining 6.4
Left 5-6 follicles measuring around 9 mm,
Right 1 measuring 9 mm and 3 that are "small."

I stay on the same meds and go back on Wednesday.

Now the obsessing begins. I have about the same number / size follicles as my first IVF, but significantly fewer than my 3rd IVF. Hmmm...good or bad?

Off to take a rest.
