Default Estradiols levels----Please someone help!

Okay-I am on day 6 of stims. I have 10 follicles but my estradiol level is only 221. The nurse said it should be between 600-1000. My last cycle was cancelled on day eight and I am scared that this one will be too. I am taking Menopur 150 and Follistim 250. What does it all mean?

Tanya - I just checked my levels from my last cycle and after stimming 5 days my E2 was only at 94. I do remember being really concerned about it but one week later at trigger it was around 2400 and we got 28 eggs at ER (21 were mature). I don't think they upped my doage but just had me skip b/w and u/s for around 3 days to give things time to develop. Try not to get stressed- things can change really quickly from one day to the next.
