Re: Estradiol Charts
Well today is day 6, so technically, those results are after 5 days of stims. That sounds low, no? How can I possibly have 15 eggs that she thinks will be ready to trigger on friday for a Sunday retrieval?!?!

Re: Estradiol Charts
Started Stimming on 4/7 ( Damn I can't believe it has been over a year)
After 3 days of stims (day 4 of stims) E2 was 191
After 5 days of stims (day 6 of stims) E2 was in the mid 300's
After 6 days of stims (day 7 of stims) E2 was in the 500's
After 7 days of stims (day 9 of stims) E2 was in the 1,100
Before I triggered my E2 was close 2500

Don't fret, they usually do not offer you a number unless you ask or if there is a maybe a concern. My olde RE would say no news is good news. I always asked to have an idea of ehat was going on. I never dropped to 5 ui of lupron, I was to good of a responder.

Re: Estradiol Charts
Meg, dont worry, the ONLY reason I know is because I've been down this road for awhile and I ask, if I didnt specifically ask, they wouldn't tell me. And I ask becuase I'm obsessed......lol.........and you see where there got me........MORE stressed!! Then I spent the rest of the day and night wondering 'what does this number mean?!?!?' So DONT sweat it! Take Melissa's advice, NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!
Did they keep you on your same dosage? If so, then I'm SURE they think you're progressing nicely. Even if they do switch you up or down, its probably nothing to worry about. If there is something they're concerned about, they'll tell you.
Keep positive G/F! I know its overwhelming but we're 'almost there'........

Re: Estradiol Charts
Melissa, I was JUST reading through some old posts last night and I remembered you mentioned that to me. I had forgot to bring that up once I started this cycle again so i WILL be talking to her about that at tomorrow's visit.
I'm also concerned about assisted hatching. We did that last fresh cycle and thats when I ended up w. the ectopic. But I recently read something about the AH possibly damaging the embryos and now i'm nervous!

I had AH done on my embies. It will only damage your embryo's if not done by someone who is skilled. I don't think your clinic would offer it if the tech was not skilled. It would loawer their pregnancy rates. You may ask what are there rates when they do use AH just for some peice of mind. I would def do the embryo glue. I would also ad COENZYME q10 if you haven't already. It is good for someone who has had a loss with in a 12 month period, it also helps reproduce cells and is just good overall!!!!
