I am quite constipated and I'm assuming it is from the med.
I am currently 8dp3dt. I have been trying to avoid going to the bathroom(#2) as I don't want to strain and cause any trauma to my embryo.
Today I just had to go and I did have to "strain". Now Im worried that I may have caused my embryo to dislodge if it were implanting. Wouldn't the straining be like lifting something heavy.
I know this is really gross and normally never talk about this stuff but now I'm really worried
What do you think? I certainly don't want to ask my RE office about this.
