Default Earliest to POAS after 3 or 5 day transfers?

I'm thinking ahead right now, BUT...

Can a fellow POAS addict let me know when they started testing?? I usually begin around 10dpo (I got a - at 10dpo but a + at 11dpo with my twins).

Do you just take the transfer date and add 3 or 5 to it depending on your transfer to get the equivelant to dpo? (I'm doing a FET, so "o" isn't happening!)

Thanks!
Holly

Is there a trigger involved? It takes 10-12 days for that to leave your system.

you dpo is by how many DPT+embie age (so if you were 5dptof a5dembie , you would be 10dpo)
I got bfps usuallys 10-11dpo =)
I start poas as soon as I triggered for this cycle, talk about an addict!

Yep what melissa said.

so if you do a 3dt I would wait until at least 9-10dpo so start peeing at about 6-7dpt which is STILL EARLY!!!

But no pressure.......

No trigger here! If my embies exceptionally good they'll let them go to 5 day, but since there are only 4 of them I am not betting on it. I'll probably start testing 7dp3dt. I have a CHRONIC problem with chemicals, so I always like to test a lot and keep testing in order to prepare myself for whatever is happening. Believe it or not, it helps me!

When I did use a trigger it was out pretty early. In 4-6 days it was gone. I think they say 10-12 just to keep us from POAS!

Thanks guys!

Default Re: Earliest to POAS after 3 or 5 day transfers?

Another question...

I always have low betas. I've had low betas with all of my pregnancies, even the ones that made it past 8 weeks. They just always start low for some reason. WIth my twins, my RE never suspected twins because my beta was normal (and not on the high end of normal, either. It was 56 at 14dpo) for a singleton.

I know that Hcg is produced by the placenta. Now that I am using donor embies (for the first time), do you think this will be a whole different ballgame with my betas? Do you think that the fact that they are always low is on my end or the embryo's end? I guess my question is more like... who is in charge of making the placenta? Would a donor embryo totally change my typical beta levels?

Thanks again!
