This is a discussion on Do you know of a great clinic for FET within the Invitrofertilization (IVF) forums, part of the Trying to Conceive - Infertility category; Do you know of a great clinic for FET? I live in Indiana but would be willing to travel....
i am looking into donor embryos too so keep in touch. i have a dear friend on here who would love to give me the ones she has left (from a donor egg cycle) and i'd love to adopt that way if dh would agree. we have a lot to work through but we will see what God decides.

IVF #5 7/05 DEFET- SUCCESS (10, 9, 4, 2 cell) Shelly Marie born 3/28/06
I will keep you posted on what I find out. I think this would be perfect for us. I considerred donor eggs, but it is just too complicated and expensive.
My clinic (Dr. Cooper)only has about a 10% success rate with FET, I love that office but I need a better success rate than that.
How much does FET cost with Midwest Fertility?
I wish I knew of someone willing to donate embryos...that sounds much nicer than a complete stranger. Not that I would want it to be too open, but it would be nice to have some idea of the kind of people the child is coming from. I also was not sure how my dh would feel about this but he surprised me.
By the way...Shelly is darling! Good luck, I'll keep you posted and you do the same.
Tanya - I'd suggest looking at the SART rates to get the best FET outcomes per clinic. Then remember that's based on the general population for the clinic. Your case could give you better (or worse) odds. SART - Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology
My clinic's rates for 2006 show 26.7% live birth rate for a FET, but my doc is giving me a 50-50 chance, based on the quality of my embryos.
My FET cycle will cost $3450 and that covers Day3 bloodwork through 1st beta.
