Digital HPT
Well, I broke down & took a digital HPT last night. It said I was "Pregnant." Does anyone know how much HCG you have in you for this to show up?
The downfall of the digital is you don't know how dark the line is & if it gets darker etc. However, the positive is that there's no guessing!
I was originally going to go to the doctor for my first beta on Monday, 6/2 but I talked them into letting me go tomorrow (Saturday). Typically, they don't let you test when the 8th day falls on a Saturday, such as mine. However, I told them that my clinic here in town is open on Saturday so could I please do it? They caved & said OK but you will not hear the results from us until Monday....which is OK with me b/c medical records here in town will give it to me. So, by Monday I will have had 2 betas instead of just one!! YEAH!
Even seeing the Pregnant on the HPT doesn't do much for me....just a litle sigh of relief. I remember the first couple of HPT I did I was ready to plan the nursery, tell all of my friends, pick out baby names - the works! I hate how this battle has taken away some (a lot) of that excitement & made me feel so cautious. I just cried last night & prayed that this is the time for our blessing to arrive. I don't want to lose another!!! Keep fighting little embryos, keep fighting!
