Default Cycle delayed - elevated estrogen?

So I went in for my lupron evaluation today - ultrasound was good, I have 22 follicles (really low for me, so my dr was actually thrilled) but my bloodwork came back with my estrogen slightly elevated - at 72.5. They want it under 50, so they told me to do my lupron shots for 2 more days and they think my estrogen will be low enough on Friday. Does this sound right to you? I was worried it was a bad sign. The nurse said it just means I'm not suppressed quite enough, and that with 22 follicles it just means my body is geared up and really ready to go.

I'd love any thoughts/feedback . . I didn't expect this setback as usually my estrogen lags behind and tends to be on the low side, not the high side.

I don't have a clue, but I hope it is a very short delay...with the follicles all getting ready it doesn't sound like a bad thing. I think not being suppressed completely so early on isn't a big deal, because I think they are checking you a little earlier maybe than most REs would. I started Lupron one day after you and I don't have my suppression check until next Friday! Last time I was on the Lupron for 10 days before they checked me.

It doesn't sound like a big deal at all and I wouldn't worry. Your antral follicle count sounds great I bet you are getting a BFP out of this cycle!
