Ok so I caved in and went to buy a pregnancy test, I got First response, I wanted to wait until tomorrow, you know to use first morning urine, but heck no I could no resist. So today I am 5dp5dt, well I have no idea how to write it, in english is 5 day after 5 day transfer, and I got a faint line, is faint but is there, what do you think? I am so nervous I don't know what to make of it....

I would say you are pregnant. I got a very very faint line at 5 days and then 7 days. Last night I did another one and got a very dark line. Many websites I googled said any line is positive.
