Re: Can I?
Meg my RE is one of the best in Houston (and most successful) Dr. Timothy Hickman, he said that when he started practicing the ladies had to be admitted to the hospital and be on bed rest for about a week, later on they pushed this rule back to about 4 days, then he started practicing in a military base and most ladies had to board a military plane (not commercial) to go home right after the transfer, and the success rate was about the same with the ladies that stayed in bed. When I had mine he said that bed rest is more tradition than anything else. Of course we want to make sure that we do anything in our power to get those embabies to stick, but you don't have to be on your back for 24 hours, he told me to be in bed with restricted movement, you know I could get up to go to the bathroom, eat something, and I could be propped up 45 degrees, and I could lay on my side too, and hey I did get pregnant.
