This is a discussion on Beta #1 within the Invitrofertilization (IVF) forums, part of the Trying to Conceive - Infertility category; Good news-bad news...
My beta 14dpFET was 1353
But..I started bleeding today. It is a more than spotting ...
That's a great number! YAY!! Do as your doctor says, stay off your feet, and take it easy. I hope that your next appointment brings more good news!

IVF Cycle #3 - FET - embabies didn't survive the thaw
Congratulations! My beta both pgs was in the high 200s but it was done at 11dp4dft; so I guess it doesn't really compare (and it was at 547 with DD at 13dpt4dft). Anyway, you have a great beta! With DD, I didn't bleed at all but with the baby (also a from a FET), I did have some minor bleeding that scared me but wasn't an issue. When I had my u/s, the nurse just mentioned that she could see the area that was the source of the bleeding but never elaborated on what may have caused it. Good luck to you!

Re: Beta #1
I had bleeding early on with two of my pregnancies and they are both healthy happy children! I wouldn't worry terribly about the bleeding, but I would stay off my feet as much as possible.
Sooz I've had bleeding for the past 3 weeks and had two ultrasound the still showed both babies and heartbeats looking good. So try to get some rest and try not to think about it, I know it's still hard because I started bleeding again last and started freaking out again. But your numbers sound like three are in there.
YOur beta sounds wonderful and I am with stacie on this...twins al the way!
I bled and I have a 10 week old little guy in the next room.. who is passing gas as we speak..lol
That is a great 1st beta. Stay off your feet & try to take it easy. Easier said then done. I am thinking twins also..I will keep you in my prayers.

Sooz,
I agree with the girls. I bet it's multiple bleeding.
I txed three too and hope I get as good a first beta as you.
Question for you: On your 2 previous FET's how many did you tx and what was the grading of the embabies? (If you remember)
Good Luck at your next beta:-)
