Default Babies are Here (X Post) Preg mentioned

Sorry I have been MIA but we were having some babies and unable to connect in the computer. Anyway here's my story:

Woke up Thursday morning around 7AM and thought my water may have broken. Went to the bathroom and lost my mucus plug. From that point on it seemed as though I really did break my water as that got a bit heavier. Called my OB and they said to go to labor and delivery. We arrived around 9:30am and I was sent to triage. They confirmed my water was broken and that I was 6 cm dilated at 90% effaced. I asked for the epidural and got that within 30 minutes. Ten minutes later my OB came in and checked me and I was 7cm. An hour later I was 9 cm and it was looking like the babies would be here by noon. No such luck. My body decided that it liked 9 cm. So they started some pitocin and that with a quick push and I was at 10cm and ready to go the next hour. Then the fun really began. I had a really bad nurse and believe things may have gone a bit smoother with a different nurse. I pushed for 4 hours. The problems being the baby A was sunny side up and would not turn. I was almost at c section point. But, a wonderful nurse midwife and my doctor got the ball rolling and we got them both out vaginally. So they are here. Baby A is named Kayla Jennifer and she weighed 5 pounds 3 ounces and was 18 and a quarter inches long. Baby B is named Jordyn Katherine and she weighed in at 6 pounds 10 ounces and was 19 and a quarter inches long. They were both fine and went right to the well baby nursery. Jordyn is nursing fairly well and Kayla just can't get it. Actually she is a very slow eater. They are both doing great and have great bills of health. We returned home today and I am so in love. When I can post some pics I will.
