We recorded AI on DVR and this is no joke Ryan said and the winner is David... and our DVR STOPPED!!! I am so glad I looked on here and found out who won!! Yeah David Cook! That is awesome!!

I agree, David Cook has a much better stage presence, and he has a more diverse talent. Everything David A. sang sounded the same, he's great don't get me wrong, but David C. can do ballads, rock, pop, and he was great with ZZTop last night! I think Simon telling the audience what a genuine, humble, and nice person David C. is, on Tuesday night, may have won him some votes because early on he came off as cocky.
I'm glad he won. He'll be a big star and Nicky can buy all his CDs, posters, t-shirts

Tanya the SAME thing happened to me with the TIVO! I was SO mad! me and DH were starring at Ryan's lips to see if we could get some kind of indication as to what he said and my DH was like 'its COOK! he said COOK!' I didnt want to believe it cuz I had $200 coming to me if Archuletta won! LMAO! We caught it on the tivo in the bedroom but all we got was the name, I never saw the celebration and I'm BUMMED!
I think I you girls are right, David Cook has a better 'stage presence'.............Nicky, even though your hubby lost me 200 buck, I wish him well

I was actually routing for David A. He is a little dorky, but he has a good voice. I was pulling for him.
And I agree on Jordan's dress...looked like she got it at a thrift shop, and it was someones old prom dress.
Thanks girls, my hubby and I are so excited for his big career.
I'm sure Archuleta will have a wonderful career in showbiz, especially if his stage dad has anything to say about it. (MEOW! I'm being )
IMO David C. is just an all around better performer - much more versatile. And he has a ton of charisma and stage presence. JSquare, I'm totally going to buy all his merchandise! I wonder how DH will feel with David Cook posters up in our bedroom.
