Just say no, to the extras...

I did a liittle research on my own and I found that
loading your spud,is a big no-no if your trying to diet,
let me break it down
1 med. POTATOE=160 CALORIES
1TBS. BUTTER=100 CALORIES
2TBS. SOUR CREAM=60 CALORIES
1 TBS. BACON BITS=20 CALORIES
THATS 340 CALORIES just in the potatoe with extras...
not good...

CHALLENGE: break down the calories in one of your favoritte food or dishes...
and post,it here...
