1 med. POTATOE=160 CALORIES
1TBS. BUTTER=100 CALORIES
2TBS. SOUR CREAM=60 CALORIES
1 TBS. BACON BITS=20 CALORIES
THATS 340 CALORIES just in the potatoe with extras...

not good...
