Thanks! I looked at the office stretches and found that some of those I do without even realizing that I was stretching.

I like how the free online workouts has the exercises animated. That helps alot.

Hi there, I'm new to She Knows, but it looks like a fun site! I am really interested in health and fitness, and one of the most helpful links for me is this one:

Prevention.com: Diet, Health, Weight Loss, Anti-Aging, and More!.

I also like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal.

There is almost too much information online sometimes, but I think it's good to mix it up a bit and do different things so we don't get bored!
