My back is a hunched from long hours sitting in front of computer
how do i fix it?
it became a habit i don't even notice my back is hunched
when i straighten it my back feels uncomfortable
i know exercise what type of exercise do i do? not yoga or pilates
i am not into that
i really want to fix my posture
my mom said when i turn 25 i cant correct it anymore i'm 20 now
