Default Exercise plan help

Hey my name is Stephanie, I just recently had my second baby girl by c-section about a month and a half ago and started doing some exercises to get back to having a fit body. I'm only about 15 maybe 20 pounds over my weight goal. I mostly want to lose that and then just tone my body. I don't want to have crazy muscles. Anyone have some good tips for someone in my situation? Or maybe good exercises to target hips, abs, butt? those are my most needed attention areas... although I don't want to lose my butt lol just tone that one.

Oh and if anyone has good yoga tips that would be great too! I need my flexibility back!
