Default Sperm antibodies??

I'm just curious to see if anybody out there has ever heard of female sperm antibodies, where a female produces antibodies that attacks sperm. I have found some articles about it, but my doctor states he doesn't believe in sperm antibodies. My husband and I have been ttc #1 since Jan '02, and all the tests that we've done have come back fine. I was diagnosed with endo stage II, but it was on the back of my uterus and was removed during a laparoscopy. Otherwise, my tubes are fine and my cycles are regular. I have come to a wit's end and I don't know what else to do about my infertility. We have tried IUI, but it failed. We've tried clomid for 1 cycle and femara for 2 cycles, but they failed too. My husband has two children from a previous marriage and I had one m/c with my ex-husband. If anybody has any info on sperm antibodies, please let me know. Thanks

-Melissa
