Today I had an appointment with the RE. He did an u/s and b/w to see how I'm doing. My lining was good.

I have to up my estrogen dose to 2cc once every 3 days and then start to add heparin twice daily on Monday.

I told him about my thyroid and he doesn't seem to be concerned. It doesn't appear to be enough of a shift to be a big deal. I also asked him questions about Assisted Hatching. The nurses talked to me about it when I signed paper work last week, but I wanted his opinion. He said it's not dangerous to the embryo. So I think we're going to do it. I'm just praying they make the defrost.

I go back to the RE in a week, May 5th. My estimated transfer is now May 9th. I thought it was going to be a few days earlier, but this is the date he picked. At least I won't be on bedrest for Mother's Day.

The picture of your daughter at the dance recital is just precious. She is such a pretty girl. I sure hope the FET is a success the first time and she has a little brother or sister early next year. We have been busy with soccer since our daughter who is 10 joined a travel team a few weeks ago. We thought we were done for the summer since she just usually plays indoor soccer and they take a break for the summer months. This is the first time we have done anything like this and they practice 3 times a week and then have a game or sometimes 2 on the weekend. She is having a great time though.

Thanks! I can't believe your daughter is 10! Time flys!

So far I've just been on the estrogen once every three days. Besides some hot flashes, it hasn't been too bad. The IM shots don't even hurt. I'm convinced I have nerve damage back there from ttc #1. Oh well, now they don't hurt as much. I start the heparin tomorrow. My tummy should be covered in bruises by the end of the week!
