Progesterone?

Hi guys...today I had to take my one time progesterone suppository...this maybe TMI but I'm really curious.....put it in vaginally and it just seems to be "leaking out" weather I laugh, sneeze, cough....is this suppose to happen? I thought my body was suppose to absorb it????????
Any feedback?

Hey Jen,

Don't worry about a thing. This is normal! Your body will absorb what progesterone is needed and unfortunately the other gunk has a tendency to do just as you described. I used to have to do those three times a day and had to wear panty liners. Oh what fun the doctors have with us, eh?!

hi JenC. I take progesterone supps twice a day and mine don't leak back out that much.. maybe I'm shooting it up there farther?

seriously.. enough comes out that I would wear a pantyliner but I wear one of those everyday anyway. Did you insert it AFTER you took a shower? I've read other posts about this same problem and the answer is what Lisa posted... seems normal. My doctor tests my progesterone with a P4 test (actually I just went this morning) and they check the levels to make sure everything is good.

Thanks guys...Yeah I have the pantiliner on...will have one on for awhile. I start my crinone 2 times a day tomorrow so pantiliners it will be ha-ha......I swear my next life I am going to be a man...they have no idea how easy they have it

Only 4 more days till transfer YAHOO!
