Okay....I started my period on February 22 and I took an ovulation test this morning and it was positive. Okay, here is my question....when do I have sex? I have done these many times and when they were positive we would have sex that day and the next. Are we doing it on the wrong days??? I know the test says you will ovulate in the next 24 to 48 hours...so, should we wait?? If someone has some insite please let me know!!!

When we were TTC naturally my OB suggested we BD every other day from cycle day 10- cycle day 18 to give us optimum results. When we started seeing our 1st RE we would go for the IUI the morning after we got a + on the OPK. With the new RE we do a trigger shot that forces ovulation then go in 36 hours later for the IUI. So I would guess that you are correct in thinking to BD that day and the next. Good luck this month getting a BFP!
